At Protynx Labs, all products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy.
1. No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged upon arrival, or
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund at our discretion
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Improper handling or storage of products
- Incorrect use of products
- Change of mind
- Failure to read product descriptions
4. Shipping Issues
Protynx Labs is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Customs seizures or import issues (for international orders)
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
