Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- The item is damaged on arrival

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details or courier delays.
